The SRS Group believes in providing Case Management Services which address the many components of care in a holistic, Consumer/Client-Centered manner that allows for the achievement of mutual goals and allows for the stewardship of the resources of the Consumer/Client, HealthCare System and Customers of The SRS Group. Through these efforts, The SRS Group focuses simultaneously on Achieving Health, Maintaining Wellness and Promoting Productivity to the highest level possible for each of our Consumers/Clients

Company History

Every company has a story. The SRS Group began modestly in 1988 in the family spare room of Founder, President, and CEO, Greg Johnson. The family-owned business was founded originally as Susquehanna Rehabilitation Services, due to its proximity of Pennsylvania’s largest river, the Susquehanna.
The founder who began his career as a case manager working with individuals injured in the workplace was intrigued by the variety of challenges faced by the injured worker and the impact that could be made with the proper support and guidance. He found the injured person could really be helped to overcome these challenges and return as a safe and productive employee. And so it began… It was not always easy, but with consistent effort, a persistent will, and steadfast tenacity the company has stood the test of time. 
Although a lot has changed since 1988, a few things have remained the same. The SRS Group family and family of employees remain dedicated to developing and growing, to stay abreast of industry changes and advances in healthcare, but remain the same in treating individuals and companies the way we would want to be treated. We believe in listening and responding to your needs. 
The foundation of our company at its core has been a commitment to our employees, and preferred providers all with one objective: to serve our customers. We understand what it takes to be successful and that is why after 30+ years as a family-owned business we remain committed to providing value and service to our customers and the employees we serve.
