From a spare room in 1988 to over three decades of excellence in Workers' Comp Injury Management & Cost Containment.
The SRS Group's story began modestly in 1988 in the spare room of the family home of our Founder, President, and CEO, Greg Johnson. Originally established as Susquehanna Rehabilitation Services, the company's name was inspired by its proximity to Pennsylvania's largest river—the Susquehanna.
Greg began his career as a case manager, helping individuals recover from workplace injuries. Through that experience, he became inspired by the unique challenges injured workers faced and the meaningful difference that the right support, guidance, and advocacy could make.
He saw firsthand that, with the proper resources, injured employees could overcome obstacles, safely return to work, and once again become productive members of the workforce. And so, the journey began.
Building a business was not always easy. It required consistent effort, unwavering determination, and steadfast perseverance. Those values became the foundation of our company.
